Said It Well writes a personalized wedding toast, eulogy, or obituary from the details you provide, using AI tools, with a free preview before purchase and unlimited revisions after purchase.
Your input and your speech
- You confirm you have the right to share what you type, and that it does not violate anyone's rights.
- Speeches are drafts written from your answers. AI can make mistakes. Please read your speech aloud and check every name, date, and detail before using it. You are responsible for what you choose to say or publish.
- Once purchased, the speech text is yours to use, edit, print, and share.
Payment
Each speech is a one-time purchase at the price shown before checkout. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Refunds
See our refund policy: love it or your money back within 7 days.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone, to create unlawful content, or to overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Data retention
We delete your stories and speech 30 days after purchase (see the Privacy Policy). Save your PDF.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the speech involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington.
